The hotel had a great location near attractions like ZipCity and Brandywine Ski Resort, making it easy to explore. It was also pet-friendly, which was perfect for our stay with our three dogs. The staff was accommodating and the free breakfast was a nice touch.

My kids wished the breakfast options were better. It would be great if they offered a wider variety for families with children, since the current selection is quite limited and not very appetizing.

Just a solid selection for a fleeting stay in Twinsburg with good value for the price. The air conditioner worked great despite the room being a bit damp. Bring your own breakfast options as the provided ones weren't satisfying.

disappointing breakfast

The breakfast situation left a lot to be desired, with only the bare minimum offered that wouldn't satisfy most appetites. A window that wouldn't close completely led to some unpleasant noise from outside, making it a bit harder to get decent rest at times. Plus, the door to the room felt cumbersome, requiring extra force just to get it to latch properly, which could be a bit annoying after a long journey.
